CHECKING THE ORDER

When placing an order and paying on the website, our specialist carefully checks the ordered goods for damage, completeness of the packaging, and compliance with the characteristics indicated on the website. After that, within one or two working days we send the order.

SENDING YOUR ORDER

Most often, the shipment is made using the AnPost delivery. You can specify in the comments to the order another delivery method if you want to receive your order using another delivery operator.

After sending the order on the day of sending, we change the status of your order to "Completed" and indicate the number of the delivery tracking number, which can be tracked on the AnPost website if desired. Immediately after this, you will automatically receive an email with the tracking code and the new status of the order.

Usually, this is where the purchase is complete. If you are satisfied, it is happiness for us. We would be grateful if you write a good review on Google Maps Reviews 😇

 
HOME DELIVERY

We endeavour to dispatch orders ordered before 3.00 pm within 2-3 working days.

During our busiest period of November-December, you may expect delays on all orders due to volume & couriers operating at capacity this may increase the delivery window between 5-7 working days.

CHRISTMAS DELIVERY: All orders placed between 21st December – 1st of January will be dispatched 2nd January.

Currently, ITrepairs.ie only accept orders from and deliver to, Ireland & Northern Ireland, standard delivery rate of €5.00 nationwide for all Home Delivery orders under €50, Free Home Delivery on all orders over €50.

*Please note that orders may be split between multiple locations so you may receive your order in 2 or more parcels*

Heavy items such as Clay and Large quantities of paint will not be shipped outside of Ireland due to weight and shipping restrictions.
