While we accept returns, please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs for both sending and returning the product. It’s essential to clearly state your reason for the return.

If you wish to exchange a product for a similar one (e.g., a different color), this is generally allowed within 30 days of the original purchase.

Faulty Used Phones: Used phones identified as faulty can be exchanged within 7 days.

New Sealed Devices: Please note that if you purchase a new sealed device, we cannot issue a refund for any opened and activated device, as it is then classified as used. If you change your mind after opening it, we can offer you a trade-in value instead of a refund.

New Devices:

  • Unopened and unused new devices can be returned within 30 days.
  • If a device is found to be faulty within 7 days, we will repair, exchange, or refund it after inspection.
  • Accidental damage voids the warranty.
  • If a device has been opened by a third party, the warranty will be void.
  • There is a 1-year limited warranty; any extended warranty will be with the manufacturer.
  • Accessory warranties vary by manufacturer.

Pre-Owned Devices:

  • Unused or faulty pre-owned devices can be returned within 7 days.
  • For faults detected between 7 and 28 days, we will authorize a repair within 24 hours; after that, a replacement will be issued.
  • Faulty devices after 28 days will undergo repair, which can take from 1 hour to 2 weeks based on parts availability.
  • Accidental damage voids the warranty, and any modifications will prevent replacements.
  • Opening the device by a third party voids the warranty.
  • Each used device will have its warranty specified on your receipt.
  • Non-original boxes and accessories are complimentary and come with a 90-day warranty.

iPhones: Certain iPhones may have a shutter sound due to regional privacy laws and cannot be muted. You have 7 days to return an iPhone for a refund. Any iPhone returned with iCloud details will not be exchanged; it’s your responsibility to keep your email and password safe. If you cannot retrieve them, a €29 fee will apply for assistance.

Loan Phones: You are responsible for any loss or damage to loan phones, and charges will apply.

Accessories:

  • Accessories can be returned within 7 days if unused.
  • If faulty within 7 days, they will be exchanged or refunded; thereafter, exchanges will apply.
  • Accessories generally come with a 1-year limited warranty unless stated otherwise, which does not cover accidental damage.

Repairs:

  • Collection times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
  • We may encounter unforeseen issues.
  • All parts fitted have a 90-day limited warranty.
  • Parts fitted to liquid-damaged devices are non-refundable if issues arise after 30 days.
  • Warranty is void if the device is repaired or modified by you or a third party.
  • Removing parts fitted by us by a third party will void the warranty on those parts.
  • Further tests will be completed on any battery that continues to have issues before a second replacement is considered.
  • Contact us before attempting to repair any replacement screens to avoid damage that could void the warranty.

Unlocking:

  • Lead times for unlocking are estimated as provided by our suppliers.
  • Unlock requests are non-refundable while pending.
  • If unlocking takes longer than expected, we can request a refund, subject to supplier agreement.
  • Incorrect codes must be investigated by our head office before any refunds are granted.

Waste, Electrical & Electronic Equipment (WEEE): ITrepairs accepts WEEE on a one-for-one, like-for-like basis in-store or at the time of delivery. This includes waste electrical and electronic equipment and batteries, which can be returned free of charge without obligation to make a purchase. Local authorities also accept household WEEE and batteries for recycling at no cost. Always recycle your old electrical goods and batteries responsibly.
